Ingredients
1 ½cupsheavy whipping cream
½cupcondensed milk
½tspvanilla extract
2TBSPinstant espresso powder
2TBSPvodka
Instructions
Whip the cream with an electric mixer in a medium tall bowl till it forms a soft peak.
Add the rest of the ingredients and whip more till forms a soft peak again.
At this point you can ether freeze the dessert by:
Pouring the mix into a container and freeze it for minimum 4 hours before serving, or
following your ice cream maker instructions, and churn the mix for 10 minutes, to get a soft ice cream.
