Mango Banana Ice Cream
Refreshing light dessert with no artificial sweeteners, using up your ripe bananas and mango. A little tropic in a scoop. No cooking needed.

unsweetened vanilla

agave syrup
Juice of one lime

tsp
vanilla

mango
diced

heavy cream

dark rum
(Captain Morgan Spiced Rum) or
rum essence

to serve
Instructions
Blend
all ingredients together in a blender, except cream.
Add cream last, and blend 30-60 second more.
Needs about 10 minutes in your
ice cream machine
.
Serve it with
coconut flakes
.
